Our Policy Thank you for considering Easy Transportation for your shuttle service needs. We aim to provide better transportation options to people who travel frequently in the Boston metropolitan area. The following guidelines will help to facilitate the smooth transitioning of your transportation request. Reservation We would never cancel a customers' reservations and leave them stranded for shuttle service. However, it is best that you secure your reservation by calling Easy Transportation and using a credit card which ensures that your travel plans are 100% guaranteed. Cancellation Reservation confirmed using a credit card may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to pick-up and you will receive a full refund. In order to avoid a cancellation fee to your credit card that will equal the proposed trip cost, we ask you to cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your pick up date. Pick Up Schedule Customers are picked up at the Shared Van at Logan International Airport, and at hotels, convention centers, and other locations throughout Boston. In order to maintain our schedule and be on time to pick up customers from designated locations, we are unable to wait beyond 5 minutes for anyone who is not on time. If you are being picked up from Logan Airport and your flight has been delayed and your pick up was secured with a credit card, we will be on hand to meet you when you exit the terminal. Please note that Easy Transportation makes Terminal rounds every 30 minutes. Professionalism Easy Transportation's strict policy is to at all times maintain the highest level of professionalism and treat our customers with courtesy and respect. Drivers will be neatly attired and fully prepared to fulfill their responsibilities to deliver the care and service that you expect. A driver's failure to adhere to this policy should be reported by calling (617) 869-7760, or by sending an email to our management staff and we will follow up with you promptly. |
